Louise Gauvreau a.k.a Maus was raised by Jazz and Disco music-freaks. She is the queen of mashed potatoes and once dreamed to be Barry White's wife. For the past 10 years, she’s also been intensively involved in Montreal’s electronic music scene whether as a DJ, a remixer or an event organizer. Two years ago, realizing she couldn’t see things otherwise, she decided to back off a little from the “DJ giging thing” and dedicate most of her time learning music production.

Uniquely bridging eclectic house and the funkier side of techno, her sophisticated style and refined track selection, as well as her precise mixing skills result in a signature MightyKat sound. Her love for the dance floor vibe drives her musical intuition whether in a large club or at a small and friendly loft party.

Farina’s taste making skills continue to turn the heads of crowds worldwide and consistently draw new fans to his style of chunky¬funky rhythms and deep underground house.
